I am incredibly excited to announce that I have started a fundraiser to fund my first film project this summer! It aims to raise awareness for Great Gray Owls in the Bridger Mountains of Montana. More information can be found by clicking the GoFundMe link here. Great grays, like many species, are directly threatened by habitat loss. Unfortunately in this part of Montana, large logging projects on public lands are one of their greatest threats. After being tied up in this exact situation last summer, I am now, more than ever, motivated to prove to the U.S. Forest Service why we need to limit logging of old growth forests throughout the state.
Additionally, I am giving a talk on my experiences with Great Grays this Friday 2/19 at 7:30pm ET for my friends at Delaware-Otsego Audubon Society via Zoom! If you would like to join me, the link to reserve a spot is below!
